Saturday morning we arrived very early despite a late night out and not much sleep due to dancing and a great party!  The rush started with some of us having to plait the horses for the dressage classes.   Everyone looked amazing in their white and black and the horses gleamed in the sunshine.

The first part of the day started with all of us cheering Lynn, riding Sam, and the others in dressage, where she came 1st and 2nd in her classes – well done Lynn!

We then had a frantic rush to walk the course, groom, tack up and change before warming up the horses for their jumping.  When it was our turn I was so excited and so was Kiwi who was on his toes looking every inch a star.  We jumped a clear round and went into a jump off to beat the clock and win our 60cm class.  Louise also won her 50cm class on the awesome Bafana Bafana. Krisitina, who only had started riding with us two weeks before rode Dave the Rave in the pole on the ground competition and got placed in her class.

Everyone had put in so much effort into the show to make it a huge success.  Having the opportunity to compete in a show let alone win it made it a weekend we will never forget.

A huge congratulations to everyone that took part and a big thank you to Traci for believing that we can do it … Traci You Rock![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
